Elations Health Tea is sourced locally from a large manufacturer. We carefully select and curate each tea blend for impactful flavor and wellness benefits. We are proud to say that all of our tea blend ingredients are natural and sustainable for the environment.

TRUE TEA & HERBAL TEA
True teas are infused from the leaves of the camellia sinensis plant. There are 5 true teas: green tea, black tea, oolong tea, white tea, and pu-erh tea. These are the teas that most scientists refer to when doing research on the health benefits of tea. They all contain naturally occurring caffeine.
Herbal teas and flavored teas are infused with spices, herbs, and flowers in water. They naturally do not contain caffeine. Herbal teas also have many health benefits and are used to treat a wide range of things such as anxiety, memory problems, headaches, etc.
TEA BAGS VS. LOOSE LEAF TEA
Many tea drinkers start off using tea bags. Tea bags are convenient and easy to use; but tend to have lower quality leaves. They have fewer health benefits and less flavor than loose leaf teas. Tea bags are also harmful for the environment. According to the Environmental Audit Committee, "tea bags are a major source for polluting our water system due to the non-recyclable components." We recommend using loose leaf tea instead of tea bags, as they contain full leaves that are higher quality and better tasting. Using loose leaves doesn't have to be complicated or messy.
